11:57a New Art Nouveau These are a couple of commercial projects that I completed recently - album cover art for Mirthkon, an Oakland-based self-entitled "thrash-jazz-prog-chamber-core ensemble", and a mural for Her Majesty's Secret Beekeeper, a beekeeping supply and honey shop in San Francisco. (click for slightly larger version) ETA: Photo of the mural in action! These are both ink drawings with digital color. The mural was printed onto self-adhesive wall vinyl, the white areas are where two doorways had to be cut out!

10:12a FUNGI FRIDAY Have plenty of photos to share: visited my favorite beech forest this Friday, just as all the fungi were exploding on the forest floor. Got caught in a nasty thunderstorm, hunkered down under the foliage.
